We accept returns for all items purchased from Dmsofts.us within 30 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
There is also a restocking fee of 20$ for all returns.
We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way. We also do not accept returns for items purchased from a third-party retailer.
